Liability Waiver: I /We (family) and my/our friends attending any SAAL event hereby release, discharge South Asian Association of Lancaster (SAAL), its affiliated organizations, board members and associated personnel against any and all claims, liabilities, and/or damages as a result of me/us being member of SAAL, including but not limited to, any claim that SAAL was negligent. I/We and my/our friends further agree to defend and indemnify SAAL, its affiliated organizations, board members and associated personnel if any claim is made against them by or on behalf of us. I/We understand that I/we will not be granted membership of SAAL without signing this Agreement. Finally, I/we acknowledge that South Asian Association of Lancaster is a Pennsylvania organization and agree that Pennsylvania law will govern the interpretation and validity of this liability waiver.
Membership Renewal : Until it’s is requested to cancel by member in 30 days in advance, the membership will attempt to renew yearly basis .
Photography Release: I/We authorize SAAL to obtain, store, and/or use (without payment) any photographs, slides, and/or videotapes of me/us or my friends attending any SAAL event for public relations or marketing/advertising.
Special Note for Booking of Tickets for Seated event e.g : Diwali : Please ensure that your seat is added to the cart prior to selecting next seat. Otherwise, you will NOT be assigned seat number..
