Governance
The governing body of SAAL is the Executive Committee and Advisory Committee, which has all powers of governing, directing, and overseeing the management of the SAAL organization.

- Pranav Mehta : An IT professional with SAAL since day one, Pranav began as a volunteer building the organization’s logo, helping with website, and email systems before joining the executive team. Driven by a passion for empowering the community through technology, he manages SAAL’s website, communications, membership portal, and ticketing operations.

- Neeta Dedhia: Neeta Dedhia has a Masters in Public Administration with a major in non-profit management. She has worked with the American Red Cross and was the Program Coordinator at the Inner Resilience Program. Currently, Neeta is a volunteer at the Lancaster General Health Foundation and Development office. She would like to contribute her time and services to the Indian community through SAAL.
